Are you struggling with the divorce process? Are you in the separation, finalization, post-decree/recovering (e.g., learning how to co-parent with a challenging ex) stage of divorce? - Then this group is the right fit for you and your journey.
Since forming 9 years ago, this group has been a much-needed space for women who are looking for support during such a difficult time, especially those involved in high-conflict divorces or co-parenting situations. Knowing that they are not alone, that they are not "crazy," and it really is that hard for that long for so many, helps these women get through one of the toughest times in their life.
Together, they learn about themselves and their relational patterns, navigate the stressors involved in the legal steps and coparenting (many in high conflict situations), unpack their marriage and divorce process, and provide support to other women going through the process.
Divorce Recovery helps women...
· Feel less alone
· Find support through the ups and downs
· Set and maintain healthy boundaries
· Get life back on track
· Support children through the transition
· Rebuild their sense of self
· Feel empowered and worthy of a great relationship again!
Whether it's been a few months or 5 years since separation or divorce, Divorce Recovery helps women through the healing and rebuilding process.
The group meets virtually on Wednesdays 12-1:30pm and the cost is $75/group. There is an initial 12-week commitment, with the opportunity to continue afterwards as well.
If you or you know of someone who is interested, please encourage them to contact Dr. Kristin Hick at 720-644-6698 or email@example.com to arrange an initial consultation. The consultation and intake will answer any questions they might have as well as help them determine if the group is the right fit for them.
