Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

What makes us different?
What sets Garske Divorce Mediation apart is our non-attorney, hybrid approach—designed to prioritize your emotional well-being as much as your practical needs. Unlike traditional legal processes that can feel adversarial and impersonal, we focus on collaboration, clarity, and compassion. As non-attorneys, we aren’t here to escalate conflict—we’re here to guide you through it with empathy and expertise. From mediation to settlement proposal packages and pension valuations, we provide tailored solutions that help you move forward with confidence and peace of mind. Our unique model ensures you’re supported, not just legally, but emotionally and financially—every step of the way.
What is Divorce Mediation?
Unlike the typical court-ordered mediation, which can feel rushed and impersonal, our approach is all about giving you the space and support to navigate your divorce thoughtfully. We work with you and your partner in a collaborative environment to tackle financial and parenting issues, ensuring that both of your voices are heard.
Imagine a mediation process that’s designed to ease your stress, help you make informed decisions, and ultimately set you up for a smoother transition into your next chapter. With Garske, you’re not just dealing with a legal process—
you’re gaining a partner who’s committed to making this as fair and manageable as possible.
