The DIY Divorce Support service is designed for married couples who are amicable, working together, and do not require an attorney but want professional guidance in finalizing their divorce.

 

 

What’s Included?

  • 90-minute session with a CDFA/Mediator

  • Review of documents to ensure clarity and completeness

  • Consultation to make sure tax and financial implications are considered and calculated correctly

  • Evaluation of your parenting plan for practicality, smooth transitions, and fairness

  • Mediation Certificate provided upon completion

  • Option to schedule additional mediation hours (available for an additional fee)

     

This service is not legal advice but a financial review and document support to help you confidently move forward with your DIY agreement.
